We are seeking five (5) Early-Career Researchers to join our research team focused on publishing in ranked journals. The role provides fully funded research and expert supervision. Success in this position involves producing high-quality research outputs and contributing to the organization’s mission of advancing knowledge in technology, education, logistics and supply chain, human resources management, and related fields.
Responsibilities
Conduct independent and collaborative research in relevant disciplinary areas, including technology, education, logistics and supply chain, human resources management, and related fields.
– Develop research ideas, methodologies, and manuscripts suitable for submission to ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
– Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using appropriate research methods and tools.
– Actively contribute to academic publications, conference papers, and other scholarly outputs.
– Collaborate with supervisors and research team members to meet research milestones and publication goals.
– Maintain high ethical standards in all research activities
Qualifications
– At least one peer-reviewed publication in a reputable academic journal or have high interest in research and development.
– Strong research design, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a research team.
– Strong written communication skills suitable for academic publishing
